Posted on 02/10/2020
Parish members are invited to a program “End of Life Issues and Answers in Today’s World” with Fr. Roger Linnan on Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Bishop Heelan High School

Fr Linnan will share what he has encountered in his many years as a priest in the Diocese of Sioux City and provide the Catholic perspective about sensitive questions that arise with a loved one’s end of life.

The program begins with an optional Mass in the Heelan Chapel, located inside the high school doors, and a light breakfast. Fr. Linnan will speak at 9:30 followed by Alison Liska, Sioux City Diocese, planned giving director, who will address “Wills and Other End of Life Concerns.” John Flanery will provide a welcome and a Atour of the new Heelan will be offered.

“We have so many Catholic parents, teachers and alumni who confront issues at the end of life,” says John Flanery, BHCS president. ”With our chapel, meeting area and easy parking we offer an ideal setting for people to hear from Fr. Linnan on this issue.”

Participants should rsvp for seating and food to Sue Ferris at our BHCS Office, 712-226-0366 or susan.ferris@bishopheelan.org
