Heelan Auction Date is Rescheduled

"Happy Days" April 18 Heelan Auction

OUR SPECIAL EVENT LISTED BELOW IS NOW POSTPONED. STAY TUNED FOR OUR REWORKED PLANS TO GATHER FRIENDS AND CELEBRATE SUPPORT FOR OUR SCHOOLS.
“Happy Days,” a salute to the ‘50s, will be the theme of this year’s Heelan Auction on Saturday, April 18 at 5:30 p.m. at the Marriott Center in South Sioux City. The first Heelan graduation was in 1950.

The Happy Days Auction Chair Couples and the schools they represent are: Chris and Joy Bogenrief, Bishop Heelan High School; Ron and Katie Demers, Holy Cross School; Dave and Laurie Bentson, Mater Dei School; and Mike and Julie Maas, Sacred Heart School.

Gifts will include gift cards, sign up parties, vacation homes, dinners and a puppy. Heelan last auctioned a puppy more than 10 years ago

Last year, the Heelan Auction exceeded the goal and raised $373,000. The goal this year is $400,000. The Heelan Auction is the only fundraising event of the year to support the mission of Bishop Heelan Catholic Schools. Proceeds provide vital support to the Heelan High and the three elementary schools.

In addition to fun décor, music, dinner and mobile bidding this year’s event will feature an awards program, a DJ and live streaming of part of the Heelan Auction.

Fun ‘50s attire is encouraged. Learn more at bidpal.net/HeelanAuction. More info will be coming in 2020 at bidpal.net/HeelanAuction.
