JoAnn is a graduate of Bishop Heelan and has a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Iowa State University. JoAnn worked at BHCS throughout the years and then came back in the fall of 2002. She is the technology coordinator for Bishop Heelan Catholic Schools. JoAnn is married to Bill Clemens, who is also a Bishop Heelan graduate. They have two children: Nathan and Meghan.
