Sophomores Explore Careers April 18

Panel of Parents and Grads will Discuss Careers

A panel of working parents and alumni, including the owner of a California production company, will address Heelan sophomores about their jobs and education at Career Exploration Day Wednesday, April 18 at 1-3 p.m. in the  Auditorium. 

Panelists will be: Theresa Engle, Ed.D, of education department chair at Briar Cliff University, Rosalynd Koob, attorney at Heidman Law Firm, Tommy Mousel, director of sales, civilian and system Integrator at Sterling Computers; Chris Payer, civil engineer at Mid American Energy, Linda Shoemaker, CPA with Nichols, Rise & Company; Luis Villalobos, a group director of operations at Tyson Foods.

Heelan grad John Noonan, owner and of Gravy Productions who will be skyped in from California.

• 1:15  – Rosalynd Koob, Lawyer and Partner at Heidman Law Firm

• 1:45 – Linda Shoemaker, Certified Public Accountant and Partner,  Siouxland accounting firm of Nichols, Rise & Company
