Fran is a graduate of North High School in Sioux City. She has a bachelor's degree in elementary education with a reading endorsement from Briar Cliff University. Fran worked in real estate and management for MCI Worldcom for ten years before coming to BHCS in 2004. Fran has two children in the BHCS system, Dominic and Chloe.
