Carol is a graduate of Bishop Heelan High School. She has a bachelor's degree in English with minors in secondary education and journalism from Briar Cliff University. Carol has accumulated 43 hours of graduate hours from the University of Nebraska, Wayne State College, the University of South Dakota, Morningside College and Briar Cliff University. Carol taught Westwood Community School, Bancroft High School and Elba High School before coming to BHCS in 1982. Carol is married to Ray and they have two daugthers: Deborah and her husband Tim; and Megan and her husband Tim.
