Bill graduated from Central High School in Sioux City. He has a bachelor's degree from Briar Cliff University. Bill has also taken graduate classes at North Texas State University, Florida State University and the University of South Dakota. Bill joined the Bishop Heelan staff in 1969. He will be teaching accounting, business law, computer applications, marketing and typing/keyboarding for the 2005-06.
