Pat Sitzman

Pat went to Bishop Heelan for two years and then graduated from Lawton High School. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in English and minors in sociology, theology, and secondary education from Briar Cliff College. She received a master’s in English from the University of South Dakota in 1998.

Before joining the Bishop Heelan staff in 1989, Pat taught at St. Joseph, Immaculate Conception, and St. Michael grade schools in Sioux City and St. Patrick’s in Sheldon.

Pat has been married to Larry Sitzman for 34 years and they have five children (all Bishop Heelan graduates): Scott, Michelle, Robert, Lisa, and Michael.
