Nanette is a graduate of Sioux City East High School. She has a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry from Iowa State University and teaching certification through Simpson College. Prior to coming to Bishop Heelan Nanette was a chemist at the Des Moines Water Works; a researcher for Pioneer Hi-Breed in bioremediation and animal nutrition; and worked in horticulture and animal science at Des Moines Central Campus. She and her husband have three children. |
