Brendan graduated from Bishop Heelan in 1960. He graduated from Morningside College with a bachelor of arts degree in 1964. He attended Briar Cliff and completed his teacher certificate in 1967. He has a master's degree from the University of South Dakota. Brendan taught and coached for two years at Briar Cliff before coming to Bishop Heelan in 1969. He and his wife Martha have six children: Chris, Erin, Patrick, Kathleen, Bridgid and Peggy, all who graduated from Bishop Heelan. |
